Can I order ahead?
Yes, if you are looking to place an order for delivery/collection ahead of time this facility is only available for orders places via our website Ketchupburgers.co.uk. At checkout simply select your desired time.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value for ‘Ketchup’ is £10, this is universal across all platforms.
I’m collecting my order – where do I go?
Our venue teams are always on hand to assist when you are collecting your order. Collection areas at your selected venue will be signposted, however, please speak to one of our venue teams when you arrive if you are unsure, and they will be happy to help.
Why can’t I select delivery?
To ensure every ‘Ketchup’ experience is a great experience, we’ve set a specific radius on our deliveries, to always ensure quality. We will therefore be unable to fulfil any order for delivery outside of this radius. Please note radius may vary based on location.
Can I order via telephone?
‘Ketchup’ is only available to order via our website Ketchupburgers.co.uk, UberEats and Deliveroo. The venue will be unable to process any order or requests via telephone.
Can I customise my order?
You can add special instructions to your order for our kitchen teams. Additional items may be charged and are available for you to select at the point of ordering. Whilst we will always endeavour to honour all requests for customisation, this cannot be guaranteed. Any request deemed unreasonable will not be honoured.
Where can I view allergen information?
All our allergen information is available via our website Ketchupburgers.co.uk. If you are ordering via UberEats or Deliveroo you can also view this within the storefront information page. Please be mindful that we prepare and serve products that contain all 14 major allergens. Although we and our suppliers take every care in preparing your meal, regular kitchen operations across our supply chain involve shared cooking and preparation areas, and food variations may occur due to ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions, and/or preparation. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free of allergens.
There’s items missing from my order, what do I do?
Whilst we hope this would never be the case, if your order arrives with items missing and you have placed via UberEats or Deliveroo you will be able to manage this through your initial order placed with them. Please note that for orders placed via UberEats or Deliveroo they will liaise with ‘Ketchup’ directly. For orders placed via Ketchupburgers.co.uk please email info@ketchupburgers.co.uk. You may also wish to contact the venue via telephone, and where possible, they will work to resolve this.
I’m not satisfied with my order, what do I do?
Whilst we hope this would never be the case, if your order arrives and you are not satisfied, and you have placed via UberEats or Deliveroo you will be able to manage this through your initial order placed with them. Please note that for orders placed via UberEats or Deliveroo they will liaise with ‘Ketchup’ directly. For orders placed via Ketchupburgers.co.uk please email info@ketchupburgers.co.uk and we will work to resolve this.
Can I cancel my order once placed?
For cancellation via UberEats and Deliveroo please review their T&Cs via their platform. All orders placed via Ketchupburgers.co.uk are subject to non-cancellation. For any queries, please email info@ketchupburgers.co.uk.
Can I leave feedback?
Of course, we encourage feedback on ‘Ketchup’ and your order. You can leave feedback via UberEats and Deliveroo or via the feedback card which is inside your order.
Is ‘Ketchup’ sustainable?
We work with our delivery partners and suppliers to ensure that there is a focus on sustainability.
